How multinational corporations are using AI and machine learning to detect and prevent bribery and corruption, what those tools can and cannot do, and the governance conditions that determine whether AI-enabled compliance actually works.
AI governance
What responsible AI adoption requires of boards, how investors and regulators are pressing for accountability, algorithmic harm and where liability should sit, and how governance regimes compare across the Global North and South.
Corporate board diversity
Whether quotas and equity commitments deliver, particularly for Black women on Canadian and US corporate boards.
